Warm Welcome to Kaja to the Livandu network. Kaja is passionate about health, art and fitness. She is living a healthy lifestyle herself, and enjoys inspiring others to do the same.

Kaja is a certified vegan nutritionist, as well as yoga teacher. She has also completed a mindfulness-based stress reduction course, which can be very relevant for many of our readers.

Kaja also thinks that “Life Is Pretty Good Upside Down”, while she is in one of her favourite yoga poses, which she will be showing us here at Livandu 🙂 I`ḿ pretty sure that we will learn a lot from her.
