Today we will share a recipe of a day to day shampoo, that you cal easily prepare at home. Your hair will grow stronger and healthier, than ever before. If you have specially greasy hair, then you will notice the difference soon after you started using our recipe. It will be cleaner without the excess oil, that is caused by the toxics and preservatives that are in regular shampoos in the majority of the cases. Shampoos you find in the supermarket consist of very few natural ingridients and are full of perfumes. It is easier then you think to prepare your own shampoo. We recommend you to try it and see the fabulous results for yourself.
DIY Shampoo
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup of coconut milk (you can choose between buying it, or you can or make it yourself)
– 1/4 cup of castille soap
– 1 to 3 drops of rosemary essential oil
– 1/2 teaspoon of almond, avocado, jojoba or olive oil you can choose the one that you prefer
This is how you prepare it:
* Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and pour in your shampoo bootle
*If your hair is very greasy, then for best results we recommend you not to add the vegetable oils at least the first 2 times*
